At Jamara Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and exchange options:
Eligibility Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date or delivery date for online orders.
Condition of Items
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or makeup
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Bodysuits
• Intimates
• Swimwear
• Accessories (optional—add or remove based on your business)
• Sale/clearance items
Refunds
Approved returns will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing once the item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Online Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund at no additional cost.
Store Credit
Store credit, when issued, does not expire and can be used on any future purchase at Jamara Boutique.
